It's the most common question of all time, very easy to answer to some people and very complicated to answer to some other people. Well for those that can answer correctly are very few, we might think we know whom we are but we don't know,while those of us that think we know much about our self, we find out that we don't know ourselves at all. It's frequently asked, in the church,in seminars, in our families, our neighborhood etc.When we are even asked about whom we are, we often laugh about it and pass the question because understanding who we are isn't something you discover just like that.
For some it has taken them almost all the days of their life to know who they are. And for some they discover who they are as early and as quick as possible. I am not saying the question is simple to answer but it's confusing to Answer.
HOW PURPOSE IS DISCOVERED
*.Some discover themselves by accident.Yes,unknowing to them they are where they are suppose to be and they did not plan for it
*.Some discover themselves by experience.Overtime,in the cause of doing a particular thing you discover that is what you are called to do or in other case where you are called to be
*.Some discover who they are by searching for themselves.They look for what they want and where they want to be,they try different things in other to see where there strength lies and at the end of the day they find it.Its all about following your passion
*. While some are called to it,they are born it into there purpose.From the genesis of their live they find out that they are been chosen right from birth to be something or to be somewhere.
No matter how you discover it,what matters is that you discover it and make use sure you live by it and with it
.Like i always say, only you can answer that question, only you can define who you are, don't allow others tell you who you are or what you can or can't do.
Now,for the few of us that says we know ourselves, well how well do we know ourselves. Are we actually convinced beyond reasonable doubt that we know ourselves?.what makes us so sure?.Maybe the part of we know ourselves is knowing when we are hungry, knowing when what we want,or knowing what we are allergic to and knowing what can harm us, literally that's how much know
DANGER OF NOT DISCOVERING YOURSELF
There is a pattern in the universe and there is a way God designed time and moment.Everything on earth has a time frame, For everything there is a season, and a time for every matter under heaven: a time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up what is planted; a time to kill, and a time to heal; a time to break down, and a time to build up; a time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance; a time to cast away stones, and a time to gather stones together; a time to embrace, and a time to refrain from embracing; ...
So there is an expiring date to everything,as it is to things ,so is it to our purpose.The longer it takes to embark on your purpose the further it goes away.
Today is the day to make destiny not tomorrow because your decision today determines whether your tomorrow will be great or not.So stand up and take destiny by your hands,It all starts from knowing that purpose
